The Power Pack (for Pro Staff)

The Power Pack is a custom set of two 10 lb plates (20 lbs total) designed as an add-on to the Pro Staff. In addition to the 20 lb weighted plates included with the Pro Staff, the extra Power Pack intensifies your MYMODE practice for higher-level strength-training, with a total resistance power of 40 pounds.

We recommend an extra Power Pack for clients who are experienced lifters, athletes, and/or strength-trainers who have the foundation to level up their practice.

Notes: 

• The Pro Staff can only hold a total of 2 Power Packs.
• The Power Pack is not compatible with the original MYMODE staff. To prevent injury or damage to your MYMODE, only use the Power Pack with the Pro Staff.
