The sequence creation of TA VA began through a collaboration with Tracy's longtime friend and colleague, famed choreographer, Tony Gonzalez. When Tracy was 17 years old, Tony cast her in his first production with Paramount Pictures, Blue Chips. After 23 years, they’ve finally reunited to team up on the production and rehearsal of this TA VA DVD, to create the perfect combination of fitness and choreography.

Here you will use your body to move through an influence of Latin, hip hop, jazz, and even cheerleading inspired choreography.
